Virtual tour

Show rather than describeOpen day and night

A business profile is not a list of information, it is a shop window. A virtual tour adds what no framed photograph shows: the volume of the room, the morning light, the space between the shelves. The customer pictures themselves there before setting out, and when they set out, they already know where they are putting their feet.

We work in a single session on site: panoramic shooting, retouching, stitching, then publication on Google Maps and on your business profile, with the embed code for your website and your channels. Google handles the hosting of the panoramas: you pay for the session, not a subscription. Our photographers travel to Geneva, across French-speaking Switzerland and elsewhere in Europe.

Virtual tour

What it changes

A business profile is read in a few seconds, often from the pavement. What people look for there is not a list of opening hours: they want to know what the place looks like before walking in. A virtual tour answers that question, and it answers it with an image you can move through.

Three reasons to do it

62%
of internet users who see the inside of a shop decide from those images where they will go.
2 times
more interest on a business profile carrying a 360 tour than on one without.
24 / 7
the space stays open to visit, every day, from anywhere.

How the session goes

There is nothing to prepare beyond the place itself: tidy, lit the way it usually is, open or closed as suits you.

  1. Scouting. We agree on the route, the viewpoints and the quietest hour.
  2. Shooting. The photographer sets a station point every two to three metres and covers the space in panoramas.
  3. Stitching. The spheres are joined, retouched, and the passages where someone crosses the frame are erased.
  4. Going live. Publication on the business profile, a test of the route, and handover of the embed code.

Allow a few days between the session and publication. You see the result before it goes online.

A place is poorly described. It is walked through.

Frequently asked questions

How we work

  1. Discovery

We listen before proposing: short questionnaire, interviews with the people who sell and who buy, a review of existing materials. This step produces a one page summary, approved by you before we go further.

  2. Framing

We set the positioning, the tone and the exact scope: what is included, what is not, by when and at what price. A framed project is discussed once; a vague project is discussed at every delivery.

  3. Design

Two routes, never ten. Each is presented in real situations, on the media that matter to you, with the reasons behind the choice. We also show what we set aside: that is often what makes the decision obvious.

  4. Roll out

The chosen route is declined across every item in scope, with production files and supervision. Nothing goes to print or online without a cross check by two people from the studio.

  5. Handover

We hand over the sources, short guidelines and a working session with your teams. The goal is simple: that you can produce most of your everyday items yourselves, and call us only for what matters.
